"My Mind is a Mess! It talks all day, is never satisfied for long, makes everything into a big deal or a major problem, and refuses to give me a moment of peace. I feel anxious, angry, upset, or depressed and I have no idea what to do."
It can seem as if you may never feel better. Ever. I know how overwhelming working with your mind and emotions can be. I worked with my own mind for years. Through working with my own mind and coaching the minds of others, I've come to understand it inside and out. Experiencing so many different aspects of the mind combined with my love of analyzing and processing information...has lead me to be able to simplify things for you.
The 4 Basic Needs of Your Mind.
To be Seen, Heard, Wanted, & Safe.
I know what your mind does and why it does it. The mind likes to make you think that it is more complex than it actually is, but it all comes down to understanding it's basic needs. If those needs were not met in the past, pain was created. If those needs are still not being met currently, that past pain is re-experienced. That's pretty much it. It really is that simple.
My job as your mind coach is to teach you to uncover the needs of your mind and help you understand how to meet those needs.
So how do we start? What do we do first? I have it all mapped out for you step by step. We will take small actionable steps. You can take a step a day, a step a week, or a step a month. It's up to you. I encourage you to take each step at your own pace... and keep a journal. You will thank yourself later.
